Interviews gone wrong...

i thought that this article was interesting because Sally automatically thought that she had the job before the interview. She didn’t prepare and prematurely celebrated an offer she was convinced would be extended. This is what a majority of people do and why the unemployment rate is so high.

    that's a good point. People need to take interviews more seriously. Guess we are good at them since we have jobs :) lol

    That's true. if people would just chill a minute before they plan on how they will spend their first check then maybe the unemployment rate would drop

    Thats true. If everyone just sat down and planned things out, they wouldnt stress out or be as nervous at an interview.

    we need to make sure that we are ready for anything, and she was just not ready because she thought that she already had the job from her experience.
